This is where we take the stress and organisation out of your wedding so you can truly enjoy your special day with family and friends. We offer two unique services to suit every bride and grooms needs - Wedding Day Coordinator and Full Wedding Planning.
Wedding Day Coordinator
So you have planned a stunning wedding, and need someone to coordinate the day so you don't miss a precious moment? Our Wedding Coordinator will be your saving grace, managing all suppliers on the day of the event, ensuring everything is set up perfectly, creating a personalised timeline and keeping your ceremony and reception on schedule, as well as family / bridal party coordination. This service includes face to face meeting prior to the wedding, email communication and 1-2 Wedding Coordinators for the big day (10 Hours). Prices begin at $1800.
Full Wedding Planning
This detailed and inclusive service is designed for our lovely couples to enjoy every moment of their engagement right through to their wedding day. This all inclusive service creates peace of mind knowing every little element of your special day has been cared for and executed to the highest standard.
With regular consultations (face to face and phone) we work with you to plan and create the wedding of your dreams, with no stone left unturned. This service includes, but is not limited to, unlimited phone and email communication, design concept creation, timeline creation, organisation and management of all suppliers (prior to and on the big day), guest list, sourcing of invitations, RSVP management, planning and management of all decorations and wedding favours, management of supplier payment schedule, venue locating and inspection, assistance with supplier logistics, as well as complete coordination of both the ceremony and reception, from beginning to end (including bridal party and family). Prices begin at $7000
